In our work to develop leaders that drive the social transformation required to bring about a just, resilient and sustainable world, we focus on teaching processes that prepare leaders to produce creative solutions to the complex challenges of an ever-changing world.
We specialize in training women and youth as leaders, thinkers, entrepreneurs and community organizers and our work is customized to the specific needs of our partners.

We have decades of nonprofit and corporate expertise, we’re entrepreneurs, MBAs, sustainability practitioners and more and yet we came together because of our shared commitment to supporting communities in building a life sustaining future. We believe this is the challenge to which our global community must rise to ensure a sustainable and resilient world for the next generations.
We embrace the Sustainable Development Goals as “a universal call to action”* and strive to use this internationally recognized platform to drive our work because it inherently accounts for the complex relationships that inextricably link the well-being of people, planet and prosperity.
As our projects develop, we set our goals and track our impacts in alignment with the SDGs so that our effectiveness and progress towards positive change is clear. Though challenging, improving development outcomes in a complex, global context is possible when we approach problems with humility and a curious mind and if we remain committed to radical collaboration and reflection.
